The Services page lists the VPS services for your clients. The page shows only active services by default. It sorts the newest services first.

Open The Services Page

  1. Open the Main Navigation section in the sidebar.
  2. Select Services.

Services Table

The Client Services table shows 10 results on each page. It can show these columns: Services table showing mixed status badges
  • Created Date: The service creation date.
  • Client Name: The client name on the service.
  • Client Email: The client email address on the service.
  • Plan: The service plan.
  • Status: The current service status. This column appears only when you select All Status.
  • Actions: The Manage action for the service.

Find A Service

Services filter and sort controls with the status filter expanded The search field matches client name, client email, plan, VPS IP address, or an exact service number (digits only). The IP address and service number are searchable even though the table does not show them. The status filter defaults to Active Only; switch to Cancelled Only or All Status as needed. Selecting All Status adds a status badge column (Active, Pending, Suspended, Cancelled). Sort options cover creation date, service number, and client name. Any filter or sort change returns you to the first results page. A cancelled service cannot be selected for bulk cancellation.

Setup In Progress

The services table shows Pending for a pending service. The service detail page gives more setup information.
  • A pending VPS service that is not a Dedicated Server shows Setup In Progress on its detail page.
  • A pending Dedicated Server shows Pending on its detail page. It also shows a Setup In Progress message.

Open And Select Services

Select Manage in a row to open the detail page for that service. Each non-cancelled row has a selection checkbox. The checkbox in the table header selects all non-cancelled services on the current page. When you select one or more services, the page shows these controls:
  • Cancel Selected: Open the bulk cancellation dialog for the selected services.
  • Clear Selected: Remove the current selections.

Page Actions

The page header has two actions:
  • Export: Open the Clients & Services Report dialog.
  • Create Service: Open the Create New VPS form.
